A native of Birmingham, Alabama, Lemar holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Child and Family Studies from Berea College as well as an Associate's Degree in Massage Therapy from Virginia College's School of Massage Therapy. In 2005, Lemar opened Life Touch Massage, providing mobile massage services. In addition to providing mobile massage services, Lemar was the most requested therapist at Renaissance Ross Bridge Resort and Spa in Hoover, Alabama from 2006 to 2016. During his tenure at Ross Bridges he received many accolades including most requested therapist, Marriot’s Spirit to Serve Award and in 2014, was featured in B Metro Magazine as a Salon & Spa Superstar Massage Therapist. In 2014, Lemar was also nominated by Governor Bentley to serve on the Alabama Board of Massage Therapy. In 2018, he was voted as President of the Alabama Board of Massage Therapy. He served as president until February 2019.

Cleo is a native of Birmingham, AL. He holds a bachelor’s degree in kinesiology and received his certification in Massage Therapy in March 2023 from the Birmingham School Of Massage. Cleo specializes in Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, NeuroMuscular/Trigger point Therapy, Chair Massage, and Hot Stone Massage. 

Shanquita "Shan" is a 2020 graduate from the Birmingham School of Massage. She is dually certified in Professional Massage and Neuromuscular Therapy.
